Kidney Dialysis Access Program

For patients with complex end stage renal disease (ESRD), optimal dialysis access management is critical to ongoing treatment. The clinical team of the Massachusetts General Hospital Dialysis Access Program provides expert access management, from dialysis access placement to urgent care and long-term follow-up.

Our nephrologists, interventional nephrologists, transplant surgeons, vascular radiologists and dialysis coordinators work together to manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients. Patients receive the excellent level of quality you would expect from Mass General and our experienced, internationally renowned physicians. Our dedicated team ensures that your patient receives prompt, personal care.
