Description of Service
Upon request, the Office for Visitor Education Programs (VEP) can customize a facility tour based on the needs and interests of each client. Tours will include an escort from the VEP Office and in most cases a mid to senior-level member from each of the requested tour departments.
Requests range in kind and duration. The popular MGH history and Ether Dome tour lasts approximately 1 hour, while a more complex clinically-detailed tour of the most innovative and cutting-edge departments at the MGH can fill an agenda for a full day or more.

Please note: Although we will make every attempt to accommodate, we cannot guarantee that every department is available for a tour because of the busy professional schedules of our staff, high patient volume and confidentiality.
