How You Can Help
The Vincent Memorial Hospital Women's Care Division of Massachusetts General Hospital - The GIFT of Life.

A Legacy of Compassion and Discovery.

Everybody is Different -- So s their cancer.

The Vincent Memorial Hospital, founded in 1891 to provide medical care for women in need, exists solely to support women’s health care at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). Today, the Vincent continues to care for more financially disadvantaged women than any other service at MGH. In fact, these women represent one-third of our obstetrical patients.

An unwavering champion for the hospital is the Vincent Club, a group of more than 1,100 women dedicated to advancing our research and clinical care. These women raised the seed money that gave birth to our hospital. They have donated millions of dollars exclusively to the Vincent Memorial Hospital for more than a century.

At the Vincent helm is Isaac Schiff, MD, a man who has made women’s health care his life’s work. He has led an incomparable team to remarkable breakthroughs in the research and treatment of ovarian cancer, menopause, obstetrics, infertility and urogynecology.

For the 13th consecutive year, the Vincent Obstetrics and Gynecology Service was rated among the country’s top women’s health care providers by U.S. News and World Report. The Vincent has earned this distinction by attracting the brightest
minds in medicine from all over the world. More importantly, they are kept intellectually challenged through cross- pollination within the service.

A Campaign to Raise $15 million.
