Massachusetts General Hospital has several garages and parking lots on the hospital's main campus for patient and visitor use.
Mass General receives a high volume of visitors every day. Because garage and street parking is limited, we recommend that and visitors use public transportation whenever possible. Find information about public transportation options to Mass General.
Patient and Visitor Parking Information
Patients and their visitors are eligible for reduced parking rates in the Yawkey Center, Fruit Street and Parkman Street parking garages.
To best serve our patients, we reserve Mass General parking garages for patients and their visitors. If you are not a patient or hospital visitor, please park in one of the general parking lots conveniently located in the area, such as the parking lots at the TD Banknorth Garden. Members of the general public who are not a patient or hospital visitor and who park in the Fruit Street or Parkman Street garages will not receive reduced parking fees.
Centralized Cashiers
There are no cashiers at the garage exits. Instead, there is a central payment office on the ground floor lobby of each garage. Please keep your ticket with you and pay at the cashier's office, located on the ground floor of the Fruit and Parkman Street garages and in the lobby of the Yawkey Center. Cashiers must process all tickets or the exit gate will not open.
