Drop-off & Pickup Locations Dropping off PatientsPatients can be dropped off at the White Building Ramp, located at Mass General’s main entrance at 55 Fruit Street.
Both the Yawkey and Wang centers offer patient drop-off and valet services for patients with appointments in those buildings.
Picking up Patients
Patients can be picked up at Wang Circle on Parkman Street, from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Patients discharged Monday through Friday between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays can be picked up at 55 Fruit Street, the hospital’s main entrance.

Parking
Mass General parking garages offer free parking for up to 25 minutes and discounted rates for longer visits.
Please note that privately owned parking garages do not offer discounted patient rates.

Patient Discharge Information
Before leaving the hospital, please be sure you:
- Have all of your personal belongings
- Have prescriptions for medications prescribed during your stay
- Understand your discharge instructions
