How to Contact Us

If you need to reach a chaplain for an emergency or a pre-surgical request, please dial the page operator at 617-726-2000 and ask to speak to the Chaplain On Call. For all other matters or to speak to one of our staff chaplains, please call the Chaplaincy's main number, 617-726-2220. If you are a patient, you may ask your nurse for assistance in contacting us.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. After the office is closed, messages are retrieved from this line once an hour from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and then again the following morning at 8:00 a.m

To serve your needs more directly please have the following patient information available when you call:

• First and Last name
• Medical Record Number
• Religious denomination or preference
• Location, i.e., floor and room number

 

Please remember to page the Chaplain On Call for any emergency situation or pre-surgical request.
