Reporting Incidents
 

Employees, staff, patients, and visitors are encouraged to report all criminal activity — such as missing items of any value, graffiti, drug activity, telephone and computer misuse, fraud, assaults, domestic-violence issues and any other activity — which may be out of the ordinary. 

As a service-oriented department, we take pride in assisting in the resolution of problems by our own actions or by obtaining the correct resource.  All criminal activity is tracked and recorded by department members for trending and resolution purposes. Your information is valuable to us.
