The Massachusetts General Hospital has offered discerning patients elegant
private rooms and personalized service since the Philips House opened its
doors in 1917. While the original Phillips House no longer serves patients,
its tradition continues on the top floors of the Ellison Building, a state-of-the-art
inpatient tower. Today, the new Phillips House offers patients outstanding
medical care and first-class amenities in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, complete
with spectacular panoramic views of Boston and the Charles River.
