As part of a survey about their experience at Massachusetts General Hospital, hospital patients are asked whether they would recommend the hospital to their friends and family. This information provides us with insight into the overall experience of care at Mass General.
We are proud that over 90% of our patients would recommend the hospital to family and friends. This speaks to our commitment to providing high quality, patient-centered care to all of our patients.
