Welcome to Massachusetts General Hospital
I’m delighted to welcome you to Massachusetts General Hospital and Mass General Brigham. Our hospital culture is built strongly on the belief that our employees are our greatest asset. This phrase is written in our credo and witnessed and experienced daily by everyone who comes through our doors. We want every employee—even those just beginning their careers—to feel that they are a valued part of Mass General and our larger health care system.
Our employees are the reason that for more than 200 years the MGH has been able to fulfill its four-part mission of delivering outstanding patient care, conducting cutting-edge research, educating our future caregivers and improving the health of our community.
Please take some time to explore this site and view the welcome video below as you prepare for your start date. This website was designed as a resource for new employees; please reference it for valuable information as you begin your new position. If you have any questions, please contact our new hire coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to having you as part of our team.
