 Maryanne Senna, MD

Maryanne M. Senna, MD

Dr. Senna, is co-director of the Hair Loss Clinic is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hair loss.  In addition to treating patients for hair loss; she is developing a specialized Alopecia Research Unit to identify new treatment methods. Diagnosed herself with alopecia in the past, Dr. Senna has personal insight and empathy for her patients.


 Mariko Yasuda, MD

Dr. Yasuda, co-director of the Hair Loss Clinic is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hair loss. In addition to her clinical skills, Dr. Yasuda has additional expertise in interpreting scalp biopsy specimens in patients who have alopecia.



Lynn A. Drake, MD
Investigator
Dr. Drake is a world-renown expert and lecturer on hair loss who provides additional consultations.

 



James Pathoulas
Dermatology Research Fellow

James, a third-year medical student, is passionate about providing patient-centered compassionate care at MGH Hair Loss Clinic. His research at the H.A.I.R. Research Unit focuses on advancing the understanding and treatment of both scarring and non-scarring hair loss.



Kelly Flanagan
Dermatology Research Fellow

Kelly, a third-year medical student in the Hair Loss Clinic, is dedicated to supporting hair loss patients both in the clinic and through innovative research in the H.A.I.R. research unit. She is passionate about investigating hair loss solutions to improve disease, patient experience, and quality of life. 



Isabel Pupo Wiss
Dermatology Research Coordinator

Isabel is dedicated to quality patient care and ensuring that our patients’ experience goes as smoothly as possible. She hopes to further her career in the medical field by pursuing a graduate degree, and is spending her time in the HAIR clinic to learn how to go about solving complicated and multifaceted issues in research.
