The MGH Radiology Faculty Mentorship Program is designed to provide dedicated one-on-one mentoring and creation of a mentorship network, access to opportunities for career development and promotion.

Our goals are to:

  • Promote successful career development of junior faculty
  • Increase the overall openness and communication in the department
  • Enhance the sense of community and opportunity for success for all department members
  • Improve Job satisfaction
