Request an Appointment

To request an appointment at Mass General or learn more about our services, please complete the online form or e-mail our International Patient Center team. We understand you may wish to talk with us about your care, questions and personal needs prior to scheduling your trip to Boston. Please rest assured that when you complete the online appointment request or email us, the very first next step in the process will be personal and ongoing communication with your care coordination team in our international center. We look forward to helping with all your questions, so that your Mass General care journey can be as peaceful and stress-free as possible.

Please note: Many of our International Patient Center staff are multilingual. Should you choose to call us via the number below, we will do our best to communicate with callers in their native language. However, it may take a few minutes to get an appropriate linguist on the line or require scheduling a follow up call. For this reason, you may find it preferable to email us your initial questions or appointment request in your native language. We appreciate your patience.
