If you are a new patient scheduling an appointment with a specialist, please contact the Mass General Registration and Referral Center at 866-211-6588 first. The Referral Center will assign you a patient number. Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Public Transit: Mass General / North Shore Center for Outpatient Care is accessible by public transportation. MBTA buses 435 and 465 bring passengers near the center. Bus #435 travels from Central Square in Lynn to the Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, and bus #465 travels from Danvers to Salem Depot via Peabody Square.

  • Parking: The center offers ample free parking, including handicap parking spaces. Look for onsite greeters, who provide parking assistance at the center's main entrance.
