About Clarissa Grace Ronzio, MPAS, PA-C

Clarissa Grace Ronzio, MPAS, PA-C, is the inpatient physician assistant (PA) for the Division of Gynecologic Oncology in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Mass General Cancer Center. She provides exceptional care and continuity every day for our most complex patients in the gynecologic oncology service. She works very closely with both outpatient and inpatient teams to coordinate flawless transitions. Her clinical interests include acute post-operative management, minimally invasive procedures, wound care, care coordination, palliative care and symptom management, assisting patients and families to cope with new cancer diagnoses and providing education on the benefits of hospice care. She works hand-in-hand with the rotating Mass General/Brigham & Women's OB/GYN residents.

Clarissa was born and raised in Lowell, MA. She has a bachelor of science degree in microbiology and minor in psychology from UMass Amherst and a master of physician assistant studies degree from MCPHS University – Boston Campus. As a PA student, she completed a year of clinical rotations where she was able to gain experience in medical management of oncologic inpatients as well as post-operative advancement of surgical patients.

Outside of the hospital, Clarissa enjoys her free time by traveling, cooking and practicing yoga.
