About Katherine Rushfirth, CNM, MSN
Katherine Rushfirth, CNM, MSN, is associate chief nurse-midwife of the Midwifery Division in the Department of OB/GYN at Mass General and a teaching associate at Harvard Medical School. Her clinical interests are in contraceptive and family planning especially in underserved communities. She has a special interest in eliminating racial and ethnic health disparities and advocating for equitable health care access.
She sees patients at Chelsea Health Center and in Danvers at the Mass General/North Shore Center for Outpatient Care. Katherine speaks Spanish.
Katherine completed her midwifery education at Yale University and also holds a BA from Barnard College.
