We understand a person’s, or couple’s fertility journey can have highs and lows. This group offers support to our current patients as they navigate their care.

The Fertility Center team is here to support you and your loved ones throughout your treatment. Our team-based care philosophy and practice mean our team of clinical fertility assistants, nurses, fellows, nurse practitioners, ultrasound technicians, social workers, financial and patient service coordinators, and physicians work together to take care of you.

Gabriela Lupatkin, LICSW, a clinical social worker in the Fertility Center, will begin hosting a support group for our patients this spring.

All are welcome, including but not limited to those who are not yet parenting and those who are current parents, those navigating fertility as a single individual, and those who identify as LGBTQ.

Topics may include:
  • Navigating the highs and lows of fertility treatments
  • Intimacy during fertility
  • Yoga and mindfulness
  • Processing an infertility diagnosis
  • How to address comments by friends and family
Topics will be driven by those who participate and the needs of the group. Depending on the level of interest and number of participants, additional groups on specific topics could be added.

The support group will meet virtually at first. In the future, there may be opportunities to meet in person.

If you have an interest in joining this support group when it launches in Spring 2023, please complete this form to share topics you’d like to cover and times of the day when you could join a support group.
