Welcome to the Physical & Occupational Therapy Department. We are pleased to be able to provide care to patients in the communities served by the MGH HealthCare Centers in Chelsea, Charlestown and Revere and in our MassGeneral Waltham and Boston locations.
New Patients
Step 1: Obtain a physician's referral
A referral from your physician is required to schedule an appointment. Please contact your physician if you need a referral for physical or occupational therapy.

Things You Should Know
- We request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- New patients should arrive in the office 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
- Co-pays will be collected for each visit at check-in. We accept checks and credit cards.
- Patients may bring their own shorts as they may be expected to change for visits.

Access your Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway account to view or cancel appointments or to contact your therapist. You are also able to complete new patient forms and questionnaires in advance of your visit.
