About Isabella Sprague, PT, DPT, SCS

Dr. Isabella Sprague, a native of Scituate, Massachusetts, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from Northeastern University. Isabella continued with her graduate studies at Northeastern and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. During her time at Northeastern, Isabella completed a clinical rotation with Princeton University Division One athletics, where she worked with various teams including men’s ice hockey, men and women’s rugby, men and women’s volleyball, and women’s crew. Isabella completed the MGH/Northeastern University Sports Residency program in 2017.  She attained Board Certification, as a Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy, by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2018.

An Irish Step Dancer for almost fifteen years, Isabella has competed at the regional, national, and international level. Isabella understands first-hand the frustration of injury during a busy competitive season. Her personal experience sparked her passion for the prevention and rehabilitation of injury in dancers. Isabella also has an interest in the rehabilitation of female endurance athletes, stemming from her history as both a track and field and cross country athlete. In her free time Isabella enjoys running, participating in charity bike rides, boating, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
