About Madalyn Hanrahan, PT, DPT

Dr. Madalyn Hanrahan graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelors in Rehabilitation Sciences in 2016. She continued her graduate studies at Northeastern University by completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. During her time at Northeastern University, Madalyn was involved in the Sports, Strength and Conditioning concentration and completed a clinical rotation with Princeton University Division One athletics. During her time at Princeton, she worked with a variety of different student athletes and teams including men’s ice hockey, men’s rugby, men and women’s volleyball and women’s open and lightweight crew. After graduating from Northeastern, Madalyn worked at ATI Physical Therapy in Dedham. There she enjoyed working with high school and collegiate athletes and assisting their rehabilitation and return to sport for a variety of orthopedic injuries and post-operative care.

Madalyn’s interest in physical therapy and sports medicine stems from various injuries during her time as a competitive Irish dancer. Madalyn’s clinical interests include working with the endurance female athlete, dance medicine, ACL rehabilitation and manual therapy.
