Pregnancy and the postpartum (after pregnancy) period are high-risk times for women and families with substance use disorder. MGH's new HOPE Clinic cares for pregnant and postpartum women, their children, and their partners for the first few years of life through a multidisciplinary model. Services include obstetrics, addiction, psychiatry, and coaching. This talk will describe the clinic model and share ways we provide care for families affected by substance use disorder.
