About this Program

Through the Partners Asthma Center, the Mass General Asthma Clinic collaborates with four leading hospitals in Greater Boston to provide specialized asthma care. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of integrated and comprehensive care for persons with asthma and related diseases, and to promote improved understanding about asthma through educational programs and materials for our patients, health care providers and for the community.

We have expertise in difficult-to-manage asthma and asthma-related lung diseases such as allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, chronic eosinophilic pneumonia and Churg-Strauss syndrome.

We offer the following testing for diagnosis of asthma: spirometry (pre- and post-bronchodilator), lung volume, single breath diffusing capacity (DLCO) and methacholine challenge testing.

We provide one-on-one asthma teaching and a variety of educational materials in both English and Spanish.
