The Luster lab has generated and accumulated genetically modified knockout, transgenic and reporter mice to study immune cell function in vivo. Genetically modified mice maintained in our colony and available to investigators include:
The Luster lab has expertise in a number of mouse models of disease, including asthma, atopic dermatitis, arthritis, lupus, lung and heart transplant rejection, atherosclerosis, malaria, influenza, HIV and toxoplasmosis. Members of the lab will assist colleagues and collaborators in the use of these models.
