Inpatient Transfers

Our access team coordinates hospital-to-hospital transfers to the Fireman Vascular Center and can be reached by page 24 hours per day/seven days per week. Call 877-644-8346 (Press 1)

Outpatient Referrals

For outpatient transfers to the Fireman Vascular Center, our access team is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm to make a timely referral to the most appropriate vascular specialist. Call 877-644-8346 (Press 2)

Online Referrals and Patient Records

Refer your patient to a specialist in the Mass General Fireman Vascular Center or view patient records through Mass General Brigham Physician Gateway. Use online form only for appointments not needed within 72 hours.
