About Erica L. Blouch, MS, LCGC

Ms. Blouch joined the Center for Cancer Risk Assessment (CCRA) in 2010 after graduating from Brandeis University with a master’s in Genetic Counseling. She obtained her bachelor of science in Molecular Biology from Lehigh University and worked in a cancer research laboratory at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute before pursuing her genetic counseling degree. As part of the CCRA, Ms. Blouch sees patients in a variety of cancer predisposition clinics including the Breast/Ovarian and GI Cancer Genetics clinic. She specializes in hereditary endocrine tumor syndromes, such as Cowden syndrome, MEN1, MEN2, and pheochromocytoma syndromes. Additionally, with an interest in the connection between tumor and germline genetics, Ms. Blouch serves on the Somatic Testing subcommittee of the NSGC Cancer SIG and is a liaison to the Pathology Department regarding somatic tumor testing at Mass General.
