Pam Cureton, RD, LDN, is the licensed clinical and registered research dietitian at the Center for Celiac Research and Treatment at Mass General for Children. Pam uses her expertise to help patients with celiac disease and other gluten-related disorders navigate the gluten-free diet and is devoted to outreach programs for increasing awareness of celiac disease and other gluten-related conditions. She has worked with Dr. Fasano since the start of the Center for Celiac Research and Treatment in 1996.
