The goal of the OSFA, Office for Senior Faculty Affairs, is to support senior faculty on a broad range of issues:

  • Challenges and opportunities for senior faculty (how mentorship changes as your trainees grow into mid-career faculty).
  • Transitions from senior faculty into partial or full retirement.
