Our residents and students interact freely and often with faculty and draw on the total resources of Mass General as well as those of the Harvard medical campus during their training programs. Our faculty members are active in promoting some of the nation's most exciting research pursuits–from basic laboratory science that drives broader inquiry to developing new surgical techniques that transform practice to mining evidence from clinical practice that improves outcomes.
