From the South:
Take I-95 North to exit 35A Kendrick Street to merge onto Kendrick Street (old exit 19A). Continue onto Nahanton Street. Turn right onto Wells Avenue. Turn left to stay on Wells Avenue. The Ambulatory Care Center will be on your left.
