My research is primarily related to outcomes of the diseases I treat. I am especially focused on esophageal cancer and participate in an international esophagectomy complications consensus group. I have published extensively on minimally invasive esophageal resections. I was also recently the editor of a textbook, Master Techniques in Surgery: Thoracic Surgery, describing detailed techniques of thoracic surgery with an international group of authors.

Though rough, on time and cares about his patients.
Dr Morse was my surgeon in 2009 so I was very happy to find him still with MGH. A great doctor and surgeon. Always listens to my concerns and answers my questions.
Very informative and attentive.
Top notch provider care
Dr Morse focused on my condition and shared his experience with other patients having similar conditions, which I appreciated. He VERY patiently answered all my questions. I liked him and his staff.
Very informative and gave confidence in what he was talking about.
Came across as knowledgeable and someone who cared.
My appointment with Dr. Christopher Morse was via a telephone call. All of the pertinent information regarding the results of my latest Cat Scan of my lungs was discussed. We have a plan which is already moving forward which is a PET scan scheduled [redacted]. I am a new patient to Dr. Christopher Morse and pleased that I am.
Everyone I encountered was respectful and provided me with enough time to ask questions and receive responses.
Dr. Morse is and has always been an excellent provider me. He is a skilled surgeon and always cares about the follow ups and goes over the tests with me. He's a good listener and provides clear answers.
