Despite the worry and concern going into this appointment, it was a wonderful experience. From receptionist to the CNA and staff performing tests all were kind and friendly to a nervous 10 yo. The Physican , Residents and Attending were kind patient and informative. They included us in the treatment plan as well. Greatful for a positive experience
Having worked in health care for the better part of 20 years, I can confidently say I have never run into a provider like Dr. Fracchia. I had an amazing experience this provider listened to my concerns and answered my questions explained the situation and took the time of the day to explain the situation my child was in.

I appreciated the provider's time. She sat there. She was able to make eye contact. She validated. She engaged. She talked to my son directly. And she didn't rush at all through questions and asked me my thoughts and my opinions of what I was hoping for, along with a follow-up plan.
I just wanted to say that Mary Fracchia has gone above and beyond always for my son. She has given him back his ability to participate in sports and get through the winter with his asthma. MARY SHANNON FRACCHIA is very kind and very helpful, attentive focused, knowledgeable and always helping if i had questions. She doesnt hesitate to help. I have many occasions where my son needed her and she be there in phone call. She been there since my son was tiny baby and now hes [redacted]. She is great caring person.
The provider took her time and ensured my little one was ok. She provided medication immediately as my little one was wheezing. I sent an email and I received a response to my questions right away. The provider took her time to explain to me what was happening in my little one's body and the goals on getting her better.
