A Top Hospital in America
Mass General is recognized as a top hospital on the U.S. News Best Hospitals Honor Roll for 2025-2026.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was waiting for me when I walked into his office. He spent 45 minutes with me. I was so pleased and impressed.
Good experience.
I find Dr. Faje is somewhat patronizing in his conversations and also is unwilling to speculate about virtually anything. He's very insistent on staying strictly with what there have been studies of, which makes it very difficult to understand what options are or to anticipate anything into the future. [redacted]
Overall comprehensive state of the art knowledge of his specialty, which allows for a successful individual treatment.

Very nice and caring
I was very happy to be able to do a Zoom check-in with Dr. Faje.
My visit to Dr. Alexander Faje was very good. I didn't have to wait very long to see him after my check-in. I think I may have gotten there a few minutes early and he was right on time in taking me into his office. We were in his office space probably 40, 45 minutes and we had a long talk about my condition [redacted] He showed great thoroughness ... Read More
Yeah. She's a lovely person. I felt very lucky to have her synthetic, sweet presence at times that I'm having difficulties. I'm very old. I've been ill. Anyway, lovely woman, and thank you.
This was my first visit. The care was timely, professional, and Dr. Faje was very aware of my past background, especially the last 13 months post-op brain cancer.
