Dr. Lam is a very kind, caring doctor who always takes the time needed for the patient to understand every aspect of her condition.
Dr. Lam was very knowledgeable. She asked questions covering memory. I'm [redacted] years old and admiddely couldn't be far back in time. I was pleased with the Meeting and looking fwd to our next mtg In person.
The provider was very good -excellent. The only issue I had was with the person who did the quick medical check - i.e. blood pressure. She did not speak up or clearly (I am elderly and often don't catch words the first time around). Her attitude was mostly she did not want to be doing what she was doing.

She is patient. She is kind. She communicates to me in a peaceful way. When I have specific detailed questions, she explains rationale Well.
Dr. Lam was an excellent, or is an excellent doctor. She listened to me, she was very thoughtful, she took a lot of time to understand what my current symptoms were, and we discussed options in an open and objective way. She was very respectful and very thorough in her examination.
This was my second time at an in person visit in this clinic and it was very busy. However, my provider made my experience there very pleasant.
Dr. Lam and her staff have always shown the highest level of patient concern and professionalism in my experiences at the MGH as well as other hospitals.
She's the best!
Dr Lam has been my dr for a long time. She listens to me and when I need her other than visits she is always there. She is my best Doctor.
