Research

Dr. Waryasz is an active researcher in both orthopedic surgery and strength and conditioning. He has extensively published in foot and ankle surgery, orthopedic trauma and sports medicine. He is actively involved in all types of research including basic science and clinical. He has a special interest in bioabsorbable orthopedic fixation.

He is an active member of the Foot and Ankle Research and Innovation Lab (FARIL) at Mass General and lectures globally on topics pertaining to foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine.? He enjoys performing research to help innovate patient care and improve the patient care experience. He is active in product design and surgical innovations.

Doctor Waryasz is amazing. He operated on my left foot in 2023 and corrected an issue that other doctors said couldn't be corrected. I now have an issue with my right foot and didn't hesitate to reach out to Dr. Waryasz - he did not disappoint me !

This was probably so much of a waist of time! The sole reason for my visit was for the pain in my foot and the muscle tightness in my calf and Achilles areas. Gregory never gave me reasons why so much pain and how to help with the pain other then give me a prescription for a different brace [redacted].
