Excelllent communicator, very good first contact with Dr. Jacobson. Very knowedgeable, caring person. Thank you. [redacted]
Dr. Jacobson was very prompt, he had questions about a serious surgery I had over the winter. Dr. Jacobson was personable and remembered me from my previous endoscopy. I'm glad to see that he will be my gastroenterologist for the next procedure in 2 years. The facility in Waltham is clean and easy to find the parking garage to the drs office.
