Oh, the care provider was excellent. The service with the nurse was excellent. The people at the reception desk, I would rate maybe a three, because they didn't, they talked to me from a distance. They didn't get up, come to the window. They were talking to me from where they were seated. And there were about, let's see, one, two, three, four people in there. So no, I don't know if one was visiting or not, but anyway, that's the first time I've seen that. Most of the people at the front desk are more business-like. People that morning, maybe it's not typical, was very casual and, you know, like, okay, I'll get up in a second, or didn't even get up, you know, so.

She was on the phone for a good period of time before recognizing patients waiting to check in or do labs. She is hidden behind the computers which makes it awkward to talk with her or get her attention.

Appreciate her kindness and understanding. She's very approachable . Informative. I feel confident in her care.
