Where are you located?

We are located on the Massachusetts General Hospital Main Campus in the Bulfinch Basement 045.

How do I request a photographer?

Call us at 617-726-2237 or email us at mghphoto@partners.org with your name, contact information, request and description of the event.

Do you take headshots?

Yes, in your request please let us know if the headshot is for the Mass General Brigham directory, a departmental webpage, or personal use.

What’s the difference between a headshot and a portrait?

Headshots are quick, one-two shots, with the jpeg file sent by email. The cost for a headshot is $25.

A portrait is a sit-down session with shots taken at different angles with a backdrop. You will receive a contact sheet to select the image you prefer, which will be sent as a jpeg file via email. Cost for a portrait is $85.

Do you frame pictures?

Yes, you can come in person to go through our selection of frame samples and mats, or email your request to mghphoto@partners.org.

Do you do engraving?

Yes, you can email us at mghphoto@partners.org with the following information:

  • Type of plate you want engraved or if you want a plate and a plaque
  • Wording you would like engraved
How soon can I get a poster printed?

Turn-around time is 24 hours or sooner depending on how busy we are that day.

What size posters can you print?

We can print any size up to 4x8 feet on poster paper.

Can I get a sample of my poster before it is printed?

Yes, $25 for a sample poster prints any size.

Where do I send my poster file to have it printed?

Email it to mghphoto@partners.org. For large file transfers, go to https://rc.partners.org/it-services/collaboration.

How much does a poster print cost?

$10 per square foot.

How much does it cost to frame a picture?

Our frames are custom-made, so price will depend upon size and the frame/mat you select.
