Dr. Bentley-Lewis' research includes patient-oriented investigations of mechanisms by which diabetes in pregnancy may promote subsequent maternal cardiometabolic disease risk. Her research funding has included the NIH/NCRR, NIH/NIDDK, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Harold Amos Medical Faculty Development Program Award, and the Massachusetts General Hospital Executive Committee on Research and Multicultural Affairs Office Physician Scientist Development Award.
