He listens carefully and takes the necessary time to answer questions or concerns.
Dr Clark and his staff arranged for me to have the MRI on site instead of at a satellite campus and moved our in-person visit to an earlier time in the afternoon so that I could make good use of my time. I commute from Cape Cod, so this was a better use of my time.
Probably need some more candid discussions
Dr. Clark is easy to talk to, does what is best for me medically, explains my issues so I understand them.
Very good.
Um, during my experience with this provider, Dr. Clark was very thorough and resourceful. He provided me with all the information that we needed, answered all of our questions, and was able to do it in a way that was easy to understand and seemed very kind and down to earth.
Very knowledgeable, shows empathy, I'm confident with him as a provider.
Very clear in explaining everything and working on making a treatment plan. We are in good hands
I was so happy to have Dr. Clark ... after all I have been through with an unwanted hysterectomy and a neuroendicrine finding. He gave me such great information and hope. He was so kind. After a rather traumatic surgery... he made it all okay.
I'm very happy with the service I'm getting from Mass General. Everything is very good. Thank you.
