About William David, MD, PhD

Dr. William S. David is an Associate Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School. He received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

His research, clinical activities and educational/administrative pursuits have centered on his subspecialty interests of neuromuscular medicine and clinical neurophysiology (EMG).

At MGH, he is an active participant in the EMG laboratory and the botulinum toxin program.

Dr. David is a member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM), where he serves as co-chair of the guidelines committee.  He is on the Board of Directors for the Neuromuscular Study Group and is a member of the House of Delegates to the American Medical Association.
