About Leslie Milne, MD

Dr. Leslie Milne, an attending physician in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, received her M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine. She completed her residency, followed by a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the University of California San Diego Medical Center. She is an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Milne, is a member of the Quality Assurance Committee for the Emergency Department as well as supervisor for the Emergency Department's monthly Morbidity and Mortality conference. Additionally, she has an interest in finding better ways to manage chronic alcoholic patients that have repeat visits to the emergency department. Dr. Milne worked for several years at Boston’s Children’s Hospital in their Sports Medicine Department and continues to provide medical coverage for local  sporting events including the Boston Marathon and the Boston Bruins.
