Hi, my name is [redacted]. I had a very professional experience on my virtual call with the doctor, [redacted] Thank you.
He explained very well. I asked for a journal article addressing the issue I raised and he sent it to me that day. He also had a previsit phone conversation with me.
He seemed very caring
Only had Zoom and phone visits....very good visits...I'm very happy to be returning to MGH. [redacted]
Dr. Krishnan was very attentive and thorough in explaining all the concerned issues
First time meet/greet. All went very well. Feel comfortable and confident in going forward with POEM procedure with Dr. Krishnan.
It was an altogether satisfactory consultation. We were very happy with Dr. Krishnan and we're anxious to go forward with his suggestions. So thank you very much.
He was extremely courteous and interested in my condition. He worked me into the, he gave me his first available appointment. He couldn't have been more cooperative, he couldn't have been more helpful, he couldn't have been more knowledgeable, and he couldn't have been more generous with his time.
Dr. Krishnan was well versed with my complicated medical history and issues. He was helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He offered to speak with the gastroenterologist who has treated me for years, rather than have me traipse to MGH. It is quite apparent why he is the Chief of service.
Excellent
