About Rory Crotty, MBBCH

Rory Crotty, MB BCh BAO, is an Instructor in Pathology at Harvard Medical School and Assistant in Pathology at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). He is a surgical pathologist specializing in gastrointestinal pathology and genitourinary pathology.


Dr. Crotty received his medical degree from University College Cork, in Cork, Ireland, before coming to Boston to undergo residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at MGH in 2015. During his training, he served as chief resident in both Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology. Following residency, he underwent fellowship training at MGH, serving as Graduate Assistant in Gastrointestinal Pathology, and subsequently joining the faculty as an attending pathologist.
