About Michael Lin, MD

Dr. Lin is a glaucoma specialist who performs a wide range of glaucoma procedures, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), as well as cataract surgery. He treats all forms of glaucoma in adults. His research focuses on novel medical and surgical treatments for glaucoma. The number of available glaucoma treatments has grown significantly in recent years, especially with the rise of MIGS, and Dr. Lin is interested in determining which treatment approaches are best suited for each particular patient based on their glaucoma and their individual needs and attitudes regarding treatment. He also teaches residents and fellows and is interested in studying the most effective ways to train future cataract and glaucoma specialists.
