Brandon G. Bergman, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School, Associate Director at the Recovery Research Institute (RRI) in the Center for Addiction Medicine of the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), and a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Bergman’s primary line of research, funded by a career development award from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (K23AA025707), examines the nature and utility of participation in online, digital recovery support services, as well as the use of social network site data to elucidate social-recovery processes.
