It was easy and helpful

My experience with Dr. Grossmann has been wonderful. She has been great with my young daughter to make her feel informed and empowered about her own care which I feel is very important. She really listened to her and I know she appreciates how Dr Grossmann always spoke "to" her and no "at" her.

I was impressed with Dr. Grossman's understanding of my son's case coming in as a new patient having seen the Neural Surgery Department first. It was a kind of backwards appointment, but I appreciated that she had taken the time to review the case. She also listened thoughtfully and thoroughly on [redacted] background and was very respectful of everything we had to say. Her and I were very aligned on the plan and moving forward, and I felt very confident that there would be a good series of next steps towards my son's [redacted] surgery and the conference.
