About Megan Welch, MD
Dr. Welch joined the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Cardiovascular Medicine Section following her training in the MGH Cardiology and Advanced Echocardiography Fellowship Programs. Prior to starting at MGH, Dr. Welch earned her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed internal medicine residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Welch dedicated additional time pursuing her passion for high-value, patient-centered care through the Veterans Health Administration National Center for Patient Safety and the Harvard T Chan School of Public Health.
