Apple Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
- 1 apple
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon, plus a little extra
- ½ tbsp oil (coconut, canola, vegetable)
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- Salt (dash)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix the oats, oil, cinnamon, syrup, and a dash of salt. Spread evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet so that it forms a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes until brown and fragrant.
- Dice the apple, sprinkle with extra cinnamon, and toss with the granola. Serve.
