Staff also can view their W2 via PeopleSoft Employee Self Service and print the information and use it to file taxes. The W2s will be available in PeopleSoft by Jan. 31. After logging on to PeopleSoft, choose “myPay” and then select the “View W2/W2C Forms” menu option on the left side of the page.
