MGH Age-Friendly Health System: A National Movement to Support Enhanced Healthcare for Older People
Mass General is part of a national Age-Friendly Health System (AFHS) movement! AFHS is a new model for patient-centered care for older adults. Their framework, “What Matters, Mentation, Medications, and Mobility,” is spreading to all U.S. hospitals and medical practices. Mass General has achieved full recognition as an Age-Friendly Hospital, which has led to major changes for our patients and caregivers. Join us to find out how this can improve your care.
